Privacy contact

For a privacy question or a request concerning personal information you deliberately sent to us, email .

Describe the report or contact you want us to locate without resending sensitive pay information.

Questions and feedback

For questions or feedback about WageTempo, email . Include your app version, what you were trying to do, and what happened. You can find the version in Settings > Help & Feedback.

If helpful, you can prepare an optional report in Help & Feedback > Prepare a Diagnostic Report. Review it before choosing Share Reviewed Report and a destination. Preparing a report does not send it. The report contains app/build, source-build and distribution-channel information, iOS and data-format versions, its generation time, configuration flags, and counts of saved paychecks, projections, and comparisons. It excludes names, employers, pay amounts, stored pay/shift dates, schedules, notes, and record identifiers.

Do not send data backups, paychecks, wage amounts, or other sensitive personal information for routine support. Review and redact screenshots before sending.

WageTempo Pro

Quick Percentage and core tracking are free. Pro adds new advanced take-home setups, saved projections, and new paycheck comparisons. Monthly and annual plans provide the same access. See Settings > WageTempo Pro for current Apple pricing, Subscribe, Restore Purchases, and Manage Subscription.

Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used for the subscription. Manage or cancel renewal using Manage Subscription or Apple's subscription settings. Canceling renewal normally leaves access available until the current paid period ends. Previously saved advanced setups keep calculating after Pro ends, and your saved earnings, paychecks, and history stay available. New advanced setups and analyses require active Pro. Deleting data or the app does not cancel a subscription. Do not delete the app or send a backup just to troubleshoot a purchase.

Reminders

The three optional phone reminders are Let the cash flow begin (scheduled start), Overtime begins now, and Shift completed (scheduled end). They require the in-app notifications switch and iOS notification permission. Overtime reminders are scheduled from the current shift calculation, not for every future shift. iOS controls delivery and presentation; reminders are not guaranteed to arrive at an exact time. In-app messages are separate. Overtime calculations do not depend on reminder delivery.

Understanding estimates

WageTempo provides earnings estimates based on the information you enter. Check estimates against your paycheck; the app is not an official timecard, payroll statement, tax return, or financial advice.

Detailed Estimate is labeled Beta and has limited tax coverage, explained in the app. The current engine supports 2026 US federal withholding and Social Security/Medicare. Automatic no-wage-income-tax state treatment is provided for Florida, New Hampshire, and Washington only; other state and applicable local withholding uses rates entered by you. It is not a complete state payroll-tax calculation. Compare estimates with your actual paycheck. Quick Percentage and Paystub Calibration offer different estimation methods.

Separately invited TestFlight testing

If you are separately invited to TestFlight, Apple's Send Beta Feedback remains available for that test build. Public App Store users can use the email above. Remove personal and financial details from screenshots or recordings before sharing.
